A business support project normally starts with a business review. In some cases this will be a comprehensive, in-depth exercise. However if the nature of the project is already clear a truncated version will be used so as to avoid wasting valuable time discussing matters not germane to the work to be undertaken.

Benefit: It is a resource that most businesses would not normally have access to. Depending on the depth review content It can be worth up to £1000 in the commercial market but this is part of the Sixwillow service as part of an overall support agreement.

Benefit: As part of the business review process (depending upon its depth) we look at the constraints, the financial structure, marketing activity capability and resource of the business.
